The Role
We are looking for a confident, natural on-camera creator to bring short-form content about Dubai real estate, city life, and investment lifestyle to life. You will turn approved ideas and scripts into clear, engaging videos that feel useful and relatable.
What You'll Do
- Appear in short-form videos, including direct-to-camera pieces, conversations, project introductions, client Q&As, and simple scenario-based content.
- Understand the key message of each script and deliver it accurately in your own natural voice—word-for-word memorisation is not required.
- Adapt your delivery to different formats and add natural improvisation without losing the core message.
- Work with the team on filming, content updates, and reshoots when needed.
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate, city life, and relevant market trends.
- Be available for regular filming and work efficiently with the production team.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation and a natural on-camera delivery style.
- A confident, authentic, and energetic presence that suits an international, mid- to high-end property brand.
- Comfortable with direct-to-camera delivery, conversations, situational scenes, and simple scripted performances.
- Strong communication, quick thinking, and the ability to adapt to different scripts and content formats.
- Interest in Dubai, real estate, investment, or lifestyle content, and a willingness to keep learning.
- Reliable, well organised, and professional when working to a filming schedule.
- Preferred age range: 23–35; exceptional candidates aged 20–38 will also be considered. Applicants of all genders are welcome.
Nice to Have
- Experience in short-form video, social media, livestreaming, hosting, acting, sales presentation, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current short-form content formats.
- Knowledge of Dubai life, real estate, investment, or city-focused content.
- A portfolio, on-camera samples, or relevant social-media accounts to share.
- Consistent experience creating content and appearing on camera.
Language and Market Fit
Fluent English is essential. Additional language and cultural fluency for key Dubai client markets is a strong advantage—especially Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or another relevant language. We value creators who understand how to communicate naturally with English-speaking, Indian, Gulf and Middle Eastern, Russian-speaking, Chinese-speaking, or other international audiences.
On-Camera Style
Your delivery should feel natural, credible, and energetic—like a well-informed friend sharing useful information about Dubai. Avoid sounding scripted, overly formal, or overly sales-led. Keep every video accurate, conversational, and engaging.
