Job Summary
Modular Interiors LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced DM Approved Civil Engineer / Estimator specializing in Interior Fit-Out works. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in estimation, project coordination, authority approvals, and execution of interior fit-out projects within the UAE.
The candidate must possess Dubai Municipality (DM) approval and have experience handling residential, commercial, and retail interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimations, and project quotations for interior fit-out projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements for tender submissions.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
Handle Dubai Municipality approvals and related documentation.
Conduct site inspections, quantity take-offs, and project evaluations.
Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
Prepare material submittals and technical documentation.
Support project execution and ensure work completion as per approved drawings and standards.
Maintain project records, reports, and estimation databases.
Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Approval is mandatory.
Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and project coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software.
Good communication and client coordination skills.
UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
